Many Western people and especially Americans perceive the Cold war as fight between capitalist and Communist ideologies (with eventual triumph of capitalism). This is a wrong impression, however. In truth, it was just a geopolitical fight between US and USSR. US minded Communism ONLY because its political enemy, USSR, had adopted this ideology. If USSR adopted some other ideology, US would have EQUALLY minded it. It was NOT about Communism. It was about USSR - e.g., Russia. More generally, it was about political power, NOT about ideology. Ideology was just a tool for brainwashing masses during this geopolitical fight.
What, you don't believe me? Then tell me please why now US don't mind Communist China much, even if in some ways it's more dangerous than USSR was, economy wise at least? Moreover, why had US allowed Communism to flourish in THEIR OWN culture and society, rebranded as Wokeism? Kinda doesn't strike me as behavior of a country who had indeed hated Communism that much - and that's why it allows Communists to overtake it now, right. Logic?
You might object that Woke overtake of American society happens just because US had dropped its guard on Communism after collapse of USSR. That is, FBI and CIA ceased to monitor Communist activities inside US, and the Wokesters first flourished, unmolested, in academy, and then from there via a direct pipeline occupied and hijacked our everything. That might be fair enough. However, tell me one more thing please - WHY had US completely dropped its guard on Communism after USSR collapse? The answer isn't as straightforward.
Again, Communism was AN IDEOLOGY. The collapse of the government which had adopted this ideology does NOT automatically mean the end of the ideology itself. That is, Communism might temporarily go underground, redress itself properly not to be recognized, and then overtake some other society. This is what actually had happened - Communism redressed itself as Wokeism and now had occupied US - ironically, the country which had allegedly 'defeated' Communism!
In addition to it, not only Communist ideology itself wasn't defeated, but even NOT all the countries which had adopted it were defeated. USSR was gone, fair enough, but the second big head of Communist hydra - China - not only remained, but flourished. Moreover, there is also a third head of Communist hydra - North Korea. Even if it is much smaller than China and USSR, it STILL has nuclear weapons, and, hence, has a potential to blow the whole world up. Yet, US seemed to be blissfully unconcerned of BOTH China and North Korea. In fact, US had officially stopped its fight on Communism after USSR collapse.
Now, doesn't it strike you as weird at all? Communist China and North Korea were not defeated. Communist ideology itself was not defeated. Yet US had stopped its war on Communism altogether when USSR was defeated. WHY again? The answer is obvious, isn't? The true American goal was to defeat USSR (or Russia) all along, NOT Communism!
Moreover, US do not mind Communism much now it seems looking at the Woke overtake of American society. Regular American people more and more often share Communist values as if these were their OWN values all along. American billionaires and corporations also seemed to love Communism, counter intuitively - because if American (and Western at large) society would indeed adopt Communist ideology, it would easily give up all their rights, liberties and even properties for the 'greater good' - so regular people will own nothing and only billionaires would own everything! All in accordance with WEF 2030 evil agenda 'You will own nothing and you will be happy'. So aren't you awake yet?
America NEVER was an ideological enemy of Communism. In fact, Marxist professors began to overtake American academy ALREADY during Cold war (hello Herbert Marcuse) - which also proves that Communism was NOT a real target of American ire. Russia - a country who dared to defy America - always was, and NOT for ideological reasons.
Hi Alex! I love your work and am impressed with your argument that Woke=Communism. Not enough people look at it this way, and this has resulted in the US being ideologically taken over. Then, when the radical Socialist Harris/Walz team takes over this November, it will be more than just an ideologically coup, but the complete deal. Why am I so sure they will win? Because the younger generations in the US weren't/aren't taught the evils of Communism, all they think is "free stuff and equality." And the younger generations are the majority of the population, along with 10+million illegal immigrants who are, state by state, quickly getting their rights to vote THIS NOVEMBER. Quite frankly, I believe we are done. The America we had for over 240 years has indeed fallen.
It’s not the US that hated Russia, but the group that took over the world with their money magic.
As I’ve leaned from reading Russian posts on IG, America was once part of a greater Russia with AK being the last holdout.
Ever wonder why Russia was being taken over by a German queen around the same time America was ‘winning’ her independence?
More like Russia was losing the last of her empire, the same one-world we all shared before the invasion of the 💴 lenders.
I know, shocking and ridiculous, but it’s what history tells us. And that’s why Russia has to stay our enemy. Look at a picture of the Russian army—it looks like a snapshot of America in the 50s.
So you’re right. It’s not communism that offended us, but a takeover by a group who shall not be named.
Look at the countries on the bad-guy list. What do they have in common? No 💴 people.
America is slated for elimination anyway. By way of our food/pharmacy/media/education. No country on earth is being pounded with the constant onslaught of poisonous media, food and medicine.
