This most diplomatic logical analysis I have read till now. First of all, I think even we accept or not, but the world is controlled by biilionaries or mega corporations and always it will be. The point is who will be the lesser evil at the given time.
Just for the sake of example, Microsoft and Apple accuse each other of stealing technological ideas. In case of an ongoing fued, they both will try to sway people towards onself. Both are big corporations. People have two choices and they will opt for the one which will provide them with the most lucrative products.
Similar in case of DJT. What is his backing only time will tell? Till then finger crossed.
It is obvious to me that most of the MAGA are against illegal immigrants, and hence Trump and ALL his minions speaks loudly against open borders. However, i have yet to hear Trump make fun of eating Ze Bugs, or you will own nothing, or humans are packable animals, or even say WEF is an evil organization? Trump was pictured standing next Schwab saying he does a great job. Also fish lips Ivanka is currently part of WEF committee.
The total hate of Trump against fake news MUST have a twin hate of WEF, UN, NED, Soros, Clinton foundation, National review, AIPAC,....

It would be cosy to think that there are noble outsiders who could challenge the hegemony of the cabal, but I really think their grip is too strong and a real outsider threat would be crushed. I agree about hoping realistically - and using any tool that's available - if I haven't got a screwdriver, I use a knife - does the job.
