Alex, Matt believes the Bible is the inerrant Word of God. As such he (as do I ) believes Marriage was instituted by God as between 1 man & 1 woman as both a model of the relationship amongst the Trinity and as the vehicle for procreation. Any other arrangements for marriage are not biblical marriages. You are welcome to have any other arrangement, just don’t call them marriage. There was a time when homosexual activists said, give us domestic partnerships and we will be happy, but of course, they were lying. It was just the first step.

It is not a matter of hate, but being faithful.

Take him up on it, break bread with him and discuss his feelings and views.

Children need a father and a mother, biological male & female. Of course, we are all fallen & will be less than perfect parents and models, but homosexuals are no less or more scarred by sin.

I’m not a fan. I used to be. But it’s not because he clearly thinks homosexuality is a sin and a great evil. I’m gay but can’t say that it isn’t those things. I’m not self-hating as much as self-transcending. I know what gay culture is all about. I couldn’t care less if he hates the gays. I just think he’s a psychopath irrespective of his views. He and Douglas Murray have that psychotic twinkle in their eyes.
