Ignoring Ukraine Nazi Problem Helps Putin, NOT Ukraine!

Having a Nazi Problem Does Not Mean Ukraine Deserved to be Invaded

Ukraine indeed does have a Nazi problem, now this is proven without any doubt. Moreover, Nazis are not just 'fringe minority' in Ukrainian society which doesn't have any influence or any real power, but they had infiltrated highs ranks of Ukrainian military (remember notorious Azov Battalion, OPENLY Nazi!). Even worse, Ukrainians made a national hero out of Stepan Bandera, a proven Nazi collaborator, responsible for massacre of tens of thousands of Jews. Yet this doesn't stop modern day Ukrainians from celebrating Bandera as a 'hero'!

Again, for the Western deniers, all that doesn't mean that Putin is right and Ukraine deserved to be invaded. No, never! NO COUNTRY deserves to be invaded. Period. Also, social problems couldn't and shouldn't be solved by military invasions in ANY civilized society! This is not to mention that Putin's invasion had actually strengthened Nazi positions in Ukraine, giving them more power (since nationalist sentiment always rises in any society during times of war) and possibly even some leverage over Zelensky himself. So Putin's invasion DEFINITELY was NOT a solution to Ukrainian Nazi problem - in the contrary, it made the problem even MUCH worse.

Then why the hell Western people are so reluctant to acknowledge that Ukraine indeed HAS a Nazi problem? Why is it so hard for them? Why instead Western people exercise in all kinds of mental masturbation to ignore, deflect, diminish or even downright deny this problem?

Is it that Western people, just like American teens who grew up on Marvel comic strips or British kids who grew up on Harry Potter books, need to perceive EVERY conflict as a 'battle of good against evil'? And that's why they need to unhealthily idolize Ukraine and demonize Russia in order to support Ukraine? So just the mere fact of foreign invasion is NOT enough for you to support Ukrainian people, or what? You also need to idolize this country up to fact denials, and to demonize its invader, up to downright slander, really?

Again, world is NOT Black and white, never was and never will be, when would you get it? This world is no Harry Potter or Star Wars universe, no Marvel comic strip, no Middle Earth. It is not you Elves, Hobbits, Jedi or magical schoolkids against Sauron, Voldemort or Palpatine. This world is far more complex, there are no 'dark lords' and 'super heroes', sigh. So why do you always need to create ones? Grow up, finally. Get rid of this naive childish infantile worldview. Again, it is NOT you against Voldemort! Period. If you need certain fiction analogy of this world that much, better use Game of Thrones. Most of characters are grey, not Black and white, and NO ONE is to be trusted.

Or do you still believe that acknowledging real Nazi problem in Ukraine 'supports Putin' in some ways? Nope, it is actually the exact opposite! When you keep ignoring, deflecting and denying Ukrainian Nazi problem, you make Putin's moral position ONLY STRONGER. Because Putin could claim that he indeed fights to 'liberate Ukraine from the Nazis', and 'evil Western Nazi apologists', in the contrary, support Ukrainian Nazi and want a Fourth Reich. So is it what you really want - to make Putin's position stronger and to get a global reputation of Nazi apologists?

Yeah, ofc Western politicians deflect those claims as 'Kremlin propaganda', but so they did when Putin initially tried to draw international attention to growing Ukrainian Nazi problem. But the West laughed him off, and now Putin turned out to be right - there are indeed proven Nazi in Ukrainian military, and the West with its Woke 'anti-racism' and 'anti-fascism' yet completely denied their very existence up to the point where it was already impossible to do it anymore. That puts the West in the uncomfortable position and shows it in not that favorable light.

Ofc, Western propagandists could keep ignoring, deflecting and denying. But more and more Western regular people would wake up to the truth though, and it would send their minds wondering how noble their own leaders are indeed if they openly lied to their people and apologized open Nazis in Ukraine. It might turn more Western people to Putin's side, don't you see it? Exactly your repeated lies and denials would make people more sympathetic to Putin's cause! Because Putin told the truth about Ukrainian Nazi, and our leaders had lied. So do you really want that, more people in the West starting to support Putin?

Also, it is not only about the West and Western population. Global South for example is observing the conflict as well. Taking into account Western colonial racist past, same as recent bloody American military invasions into Vietnam and the Middle East, Global South countries wouldn't take lightly current Western Nazi apologist rhetoric as well. So is this what you want too, a global reputation of Nazi apologists?

Again, there is SO EASY WAY OUT OF IT! Stop playing Elves against Sauron stupid childish game. Just acknowledge Ukrainian Nazi problem (same as Ukrainian government corruption problem). Promise to help Ukrainian people to solve both those problems in democratic way after conflict is over. At the same time, state firmly that no social and political problems Ukraine had or has could be used as a justification of military invasion. Civilized countries and societies don't solve social problems with wars. Thus you will take Putin's trump card away from him. Putin could no longer portray the West as 'Nazi apologists' and justify his invasion with 'denazification of Ukraine'.
