Most of them are educated idiots that believe in fantasy. If you don't punish criminals they will be so grateful they won't commit crimes. Black violence is all white including white cop on black. If you allow drug addicts to live, shoot up and poop on the streets their lives will be better. And the list goes on. Since these ideas come from academia they are thought to be true.
