Ukraine bans all opposition parties, all independent media, and even BOTH gay marriage and Orthodox church at the SAME TIME (!!), and persecutes its Russian-speaking minority in addition. Yeah, also Ukraine is corrupt as fuck - one of the most corrupt countries in the world. Hence, a country like that couldn't be POSSIBLY called a 'liberal democracy'. It's as far from it as Pluto is from the Sun.
