Bezos and Musk and Murdoch still have huge influence in terms of spending power and media. And then there's the Googlisation of whole cities which was proposed to Toronto. Imagine that, a non elected Corp running and dictating the show. Once the residents are hooked on the software and embedded in the system, they're completely at the beck and call of Google.
Corporations just feed off of the people who build their business.
