The Left NEVER were Really Pro Gay or Pro Women
Without Religion, They Just Didn't have a Good Excuse to Oppose Both
Ugly homophobia and misogyny of modern Western Woke Left is becoming more glaringly obvious even for those who are in the bunker, and only completely brainwashed Woke dummies STILL believe that Western Left are actually pro gay or pro women. However, even many smart and awakened people, most notably gays and feminists, while acknowledging the current homophobia and misogyny of the Woke Left, personified in so-called 'trans activism', yet still fall into a trap of believing that it wasn't always the case. That is, they think that 'old school' Lefties were actually 100% pro gay and pro women, and changed their stance only when Western Leftist movement at large was hijacked by Woke identity Marxists with their irrational and illiberal theories (like 'Queer theory' which is directly to blame for the current woke homophobia and misogyny).
I argue, however, that it was not exactly the case, and that Western Left NEVER were really pro gay and pro women. Unlike the right with their Bible, the Left just didn't have a good EXCUSE to oppose gay or women rights, hence they were forced to go along with it but they never really liked it. And now, when trans activism gave the Lefties a perfect excuse to do away with both gay and women rights in a one strike, they quickly seized this opportunity.
Again, just like the most of our patriarchal society, the Lefties were also deeply sexist and homophobic. Remember for example how long even American Demon Rats who are so extremely Leftist on so many issues from taxation to immigration, yet were very reluctant to acknowledge gay marriage, and current American President, Poopy Joe Biden, was saying that a 'marriage is a union between a man and a woman' when he was a vice President on first Obama term (that is, already after 2004!).
The Left simply lacked a good excuse to oppose both gay and women rights. The right always open the Bible in that case. For example, in the Bible Eve was created from Adam's rib, and the Original Sin happened because of her as well - isn't it a perfect argument for misogyny and alleged male 'superiority' over women? The Bible is even more explicit on gay rights with its Leviticus condemning gay men to death, Sodom and Gomorrah myth twisted to homophobic purposes (though originally not homophobic), and Apostle Paul dragging this Old Testament homophobic shit into Christianity. So, the right just needed to quote the Bible in order to make a compelling for many Christians argument against both gay and women rights.
But the Left had done away with religion. Leftist movement was unapologetically atheistic and iconoclastic from its very beginning. Hence, Lefties just couldn't use religion in any of their arguments. That's why, they didn't have any compelling argument against both gay and women rights (I suspect it is because NO COMPELLING ARGUMENT against gay and women rights exists unless it's artificially imposed as a part of certain ideology which is uncritically accepted - like Christianity or Islam or Wokeism).
So, the Lefties just lacked any argument against gay and women rights and were forced to go along with them, but they never were really OK with both (the rapidity with which all the Lefties hopped on the bandwagon of extremely homophobic and sexist trans activism proves it just perfectly). Moreover, gay and women rights were not even part of original Leftist agenda per se. I believe they were much more a product of sexual revolution and American liberalism rather than of Leftism. After all, it's very liberal mentality that women should be fully free and independent from men, while gay people should be free to love and marry each other. Live and let live mentality is liberal to its core, and sexual revolution gave this mentality slightly sexual touch. Lefties, in order to survive in the liberal West, particularly US, had to merge with liberals and to co-opt liberal ideas (otherwise NO ONE in US would ever had accepted Leftism). Hence, gay and women rights came into Leftism from liberalism as a consequence of Left liberal merge.
Still disagree? Well, let's look at the treatment of gay men in Communist societies where Leftism was not restricted by liberalism like in the West. USSR? Criminalization of homosexuality. Modern Communist China? No legal recognition of gay rights, ban of 'gay propaganda'. North Korea? Even worse. Pretty much ANY Communist country (e.g., ‘pure’ Leftist state unrestricted by liberalism) bans gay marriage and opposes gender equality.
So, Western Lefties were NEVER really pro gay and pro women. Feminist and gay agenda came into Leftism from liberalism, and Lefties just didn't have a good excuse to reject them. Well, now they have it, thanks to lunatic trans activism. Now the Left could show their true sexist and homophobic colors for all to see. A good thing is that it would serve to open many Western eyes to the true face of the Left.
Gay represents normalcy and the left doesn’t want anything normal. They want evil, abnormality, sickness and dystopia. So a 50 year old gay man shoving his old wrinkled penis in the face of a 10 year old they applaud. A dude that is attracted to dudes and just wants to be alone and lead his life and has zero desire to put his sex life on public display, particularly to children is an enemy. But the “gay community” is totally clueless and that’s not only sad it’s threatening.
It seems as though the Left just uses minorities as a political wedge but once they come to power and dig in their claws and refuse to leave, they discard the minority. Just look at their racial politics. They actually seem to despise and look down on black people, in particular. They just point at Republicans and call them racists and lie that Democrats help black people. Then they do absolutely nothing for them…like Obama and the teacher’s unions who keep the inner city education-free.!Whatever the Left projects as its motive is just a disguise for naked power politics.
