Strip Ukrainian War from its Fake Glory
Just like Every Other American War, it's Not a Just Cause
Back in 2022 I was very surprised that history had taught people naught. How many destructive and devastating American wars were waged based on entirely false premises and downright lies fed to public - Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya to name a few - and yet American people fell for yet another sham war as allegedly a ‘just cause’. Unbelievable. Will people ever learn from history?
Ukraine is not a just cause. Ukrainian warmongering narrative isn’t based on facts either, just like almost every previous foreign war US and NATO waged. Instead, it’s based on emotional manipulation (that is, invocation of a strong and negative emotion with massive propaganda instead of logic and rational thinking) which consists of two parts in this case - pseudo moral indignation over Putin’s invasion and recycling of old Cold War paranoia ‘Russia is an existential threat’.
Similarly, all pro Ukraine argument could be boiled down to just two points, corresponding to the logic above.
‘Putin invaded, Russia bad’ - the main purpose of this argument was to manufacture an emotional outrage, so to present Ukrainian cause (falsely) as a just one. This point was repeated ad nausea by all MSM outlets and most mainstream politicians, sadly both Left and right, with a clear purpose to manufacture an emotional outrage in American society (and Western at large) which could justify both perpetual laundering of American tax money in Ukraine and also all the atrocities committed by both US and Ukraine in response to Russian invasion.
That is, Ukrainian Nazis and extreme corruption? But Putin invaded. American bio labs in Ukraine? But Putin invaded. US and Ukraine blew up Nord Streams? But Putin invaded! US allowed Ukraine to strike deep inside Russia with American rockets? But Putin invaded! Biden admin provokes a nuclear war? But Putin invaded!
This mantra was repeated ad nausea so it was stripped of all its original meaning even (just like words ‘racism’ and ‘genocide’ those days) to deflect any critics of Ukrainian war, however fact-based, and to justify all kinds of shit US and Ukraine were doing, up to nuclear provocations even! That’s just so evil and atrocious that almost unbelievable, and yet here we go.
‘If Putin wins in Ukraine, he will take over whole Europe’ - unlike previous point which creates an outrage, this one manufactures fear by exploiting old Cold War panic over Russia in the West. This argument is a pure conjecture with zero basis in reality, yet because future is unknown, it serves its purpose and scares Western people away, especially Europeans.
The irony of it is that the far greater and far more plausible danger of nuclear war as a direct consequence of perpetual escalation in Ukraine is constantly downplayed and trivialized, in the contrary, while irrational paranoia about Putin ‘taking over Europe’ is magnified to colossal size. So, very probable nuclear war is nothing to worry about but highly unlikely Putin’s ‘restoration of USSR’ is our threat number one. Please, make it make sense.
So, they combine those two points to manufacture both fear and outrage - two strongest negative emotions - in order to make people accept the unacceptable and to fund their new perpetual war. In order to strip their narrative from its fake glory and false justifications, we need to debunk both their moral and fear argument with facts and logic. So, here we go, one by one.
‘Putin invaded’
Yeah, he kinda did, and it wasn’t a great thing for him to do, to be fair. Being intrinsically pacifist, I condemn all wars and ‘military operations’ and Putin’s one isn’t an exception here. Was Putin’s invasion, however, the worst ever in recent human history, unprecedented since Hitler’s days, as MSM propaganda portrayed it? Not all.
Let us remember all American and NATO military invasions (Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria, even Serbia!) to understand all the blatant hypocrisy of this propaganda. Moreover, even if all those wars were waged mainly by US, all other NATO countries (which means almost every European country and Turkey) as NATO members kinda approved of those bloody invasions too and, hence, are also indirectly guilty. So, almost the whole West is guilty of repeated military invasions during last few decades. Hence, does the West have any moral right to accuse Putin and Russia of anything? Not really.
Or do you think Putin’s invasion is worse than NATO ones? Why? Civilians were dying en masse in both of those cases, and during NATO invasions much more people had died actually at least because there were multiple NATO invasions as opposed to only one Putin’s. Or because Putin dared to attack Europe instead of Middle East? First, it’s selfish and actually racist to think so, and second, what’s about Serbia bombed by NATO? Serbia is part of Europe too last time I checked. Either way, this argument is ridiculous. Any military invasion is inherently wrong and evil and to selectively condemn one while excusing another is nothing but a monstrous double standard and a glaring hypocrisy. Period.
‘Putin’s invasion was unprovoked’
Yet another blatant lie. It could be argued that Putin’s invasion was unjustifiable but certainly NOT unprovoked! In the contrary, it was pretty much provoked.
NATO had promised to Gorbachev back in 80s that it won’t expand beyond Eastern Germany and broke its promise already back in 90s by expanding to very Russian border via Poland and Baltic states. Yeltsin had done nothing back then, so NATO kept meddling in post Soviet space which Russia always considered a buffer zone between Russia and the West.
Now, would US have liked it if Russia kept meddling in Cuba, Mexico and Haiti, encircling America from everywhere? Certainly not (Caribbean crisis had actually proved it). Then why is it OK for US to do the same shit to Russia? I can’t stand hypocrisy, you know.
Moreover, it was even worse in Ukraine. Not only ZelenSSky wanted to join NATO, he claimed he wanted to get American nuclear weapons in Ukraine, just prior to Putin’s invasion actually. So, anyone thought Putin is gonna tolerate American nukes on his very border, for real? Just like America ‘tolerated’ Russian nukes in Cuba back in 60s?
Lastly, Ukrainian government kept bombing Russian-speaking regions of Donbas which combined with Ukrainian military openly displaying Nazi insignia like swastikas, might have caused legitimate Putin’s fears for the safety of Donbas people.
‘Ukraine is an innocent victim of Russian invasion’ and a ‘free democracy under attack from Russian tyranny’
Yet another bunch of blatant lies. Ukraine is anything but innocent and anything but democratic. Ukraine is ranked as one of the most corrupt countries in the world, it’s even official. Ukraine is also a 100% tyranny where ZelenSSky had banned all the opposition parties and media, Orthodox Church and same-sex marriage at the same time (the irony of it!) and even canceled election itself under ‘martial law’. So tell me please how could you still call Ukraine a democracy after all of it? Have you no shame at all?
Now, there are also notorious Ukrainian Nazis. Azov Battalion soldiers were openly displaying swastikas on their uniform. A proven Nazi criminal Ste[an Bandera who had slaughtered tens of thousands of Jews and Poles back in Nazi times is venerated and celebrated as a ‘war hero’ in modern day Ukraine. There’s something deeply wrong with Ukrainian psyche with this regard and with their pathological unwillingness to condemn their Nazi past.
Again, all of this is NOT to say that Ukraine deserved to be invaded - no one does. But it proves that Ukraine wasn’t as innocent as it was portrayed in all our media outlets and, hence, it essentially strips this war from all battle of good vs evil vibes. What we have instead is a complex geopolitical intrigue with no good guys at all. Or, to speak more colorfully, one corrupt tyranny (Russia) attacked another one (Ukraine), being provoked by yet another one (NATO military alliance). Certainly, not a holy war, by all means.
‘If Putin wins in Ukraine, he will take over whole Europe’
This argument is somewhat harder to disprove because, unlike the previous ones which described what already happened, it pertains to future which did not yet happen. Hence, in theory, it is still possible, however unlikely (because, again, in theory almost everything could happen). So, our task here would be to prove that this scenario is very unlikely to happen, and that indeed there are no real grounds to even expect it at this point.
I argue that this scenario is unrealistic for one simple reason - nukes. Almost every European country is a NATO member, which means being directly under American military protection, including nuclear one, and Putin is well aware of it. And, unlike crazy American DemoNrats, Putin isn’t a fool to play with NATO nuclear fire. That’s why I believe Europe is perfectly safe no matter the outcome of the war in Ukraine, contrary to the fearmongering of the war hawks.
If nuclear argument isn’t strong enough for you (though it should be), consider also the following. Putin does not look like he’s planning to invade Europe. He didn’t even declare military mobilization and martial law in Russia and didn’t switch Russian economy into war regime like actually Hitler had done when he planned to invade Europe. In the contrary, Putin seems to be tired of war and looking forward to upcoming peace deal with Trump while Russian economy - shattered by Western sanctions and looking forward to their partial lift. One doesn’t start a major invasion without a major preparation well in advance, and Putin had shown no signs of those preparations, so relax.
It’s, again, common sense and logic as opposed to irrational paranoia ‘what if Putin invades’? Right, what if asteroid falls on Earth? What if aliens come? And so on. I’m sorry but your fears should be grounded in reality, not in old Cold War paranoia recycled over and over again by modern war hawks.
So, now I had fully and thoroughly debunked both moral and fear arguments of Ukrainian war hawks and proved to you that it makes no sense to continue ‘supporting Ukraine’ with American money. It’s not a just cause and battle of good vs evil but a complex geopolitical intrigue and money-laundering racket where we fund death and destruction with our own money. It makes no sense to continue doing so.
Moreover, what’s even worse, it leads world closer and closer to nuclear Armageddon and trivializes nuclear threat which is unacceptable. To constantly downplay the very real and horrible threat of nuclear war while overplaying entirely unrealistic and much less perilous than nuclear war ‘Putin’s quest to restore USSR’ is not just ridiculous, it’s very, very dangerous.
It’s time to shut Ukrainian warmongers up once and for all, strip them from their pseudo moral argument and to finally make peace in Ukraine ending three-years long death and destruction on American tax money. Enough is enough.
Like most wars, the stated reasons for the war are bullshit.
Meanwhile the real reasons are Ukrainian energy reserves, bio weapons labs, and a chance to try to drag the Russians down a notch. It’s not a coincidence that Hunter and Joe both made fortunes off of this war.
Working as designed, so far.
IMO every war waged since before WW1 was manufactured by the globalist elite who controlled both sides of the war. Wars are always a big transfer of wealth from the middle class to the elite power structure. They are also a means to further control and to enslave the masses through fear and laws that strip their freedoms. Until recently to a lesser extent a means of depopulation. I think the depopulation agenda is now one of the main reasons for the “wars” we are witnessing. The way the men were taken from the streets of Ukraine and dropped into the frontlines without any training and little equipment ensured a quick death for most of them and little help for the “war” effort of the Ukraine. I think that supports the claims of some that we are witnessing a depopulation agenda and not a war. And Putin, Trump and Zelenskyy and so many more all have the same handlers. If this is true we will witness all NATO countries initiating mandatory draft or conscription of fighting age men and women into their military. A means to kill off the bulk of the potential resistance as the depopulation agenda unfolds and becomes more obvious to the masses.
