Striking Similarities between Navalny and Trump Prosecutions
Democratic Establishment Acts Just Like Kremlin
I had originally written this article three years ago on the background of Trump Twitter and FB ban but it’s even more relevant now on the background of current legal cases against Trump which are nothing else but political prosecution of Trump by Democratic establishment.
Original Article: Yeah I know this post might cause some laughter and some controversy since in the West Trump was most commonly compared to Putin, not to Navalny at all. Yet, if you again would think for yourself, and would not let media think for you, and would check all the facts, comparison with Navalny would make much more sense. For example, major Western media portray Trump in almost exactly same dark light, as Russian media (controlled by Putin) portray Navalny. Even Alexey himself had told recently, that, if you just replace name 'Trump' in Western media with 'Navalny', you'd get 70% accurate description of what Kremlin tells of Navalny in Russia. That's curious, isn't it? Casts even more shades on so-called' independence' of Western media. But nope, Western media vilify Trump as much as Russian media vilify Navalny, and I never saw them saying anything against Biden and Demon Rats, similarly as Russian media never say anything against Putin and his cronies. Doesn't this strike you at least somewhat, eh?
Similarly, Navalny is arrested now by Putin. Trump is being impeached again currently and possibly under the threat of being even criminally prosecuted as well by Democratic political establishment. Still not similar? But 'Trump had attacked our democracy and initiated a violent Capitol Hill riot', eh. You might be surprised, but this is also exactly what Putin is telling about Navalny in Russia. Just word-to-word: 'Navalny attacks Russian democracy and legitimately, democratically elected President', 'Navalny stirs riots and undermines public safety', etc. The accusations of Navalny being Western puppet are also abundant, same as Trump was countlessly being accused of being Putin's puppet. Conspiracy theories about Navalny plotting with US to 'destroy Russia from within' are exactly the same as American Democratic establishment conspiracy theories about 'Trump plotting with Putin to destroy US and its democracy from within'. Navalny is even a nationalist as well, if you must know. He stands against Islamist dictator of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov (the one who hunted gay men to death of a recent in Chechnya) while Putin is friends with Kadyrov. Similarly, Trump stood against Jihadism spreading into the West through uncontrollable mass Muslim immigration, while Demon Rats stood by Jihadists, denying the prominent danger of Jihadism and accusing Trump of 'racism and Islamophobia' instead.
Still not convinced? Well, the most important thing is that Trump was a resistance to dominant American Democratic establishment which corruptly collided with major media outlets and Big Tech social media giants, same as Navalny resists Kremlin regime and major Russian media controlled by it. Trump was popular among common American workers (not Woke academia elites) same as Navalny is popular among common young Russians. Trump didn't have real power in US despite being a President - he was shunned and attacked by major media constantly, obstructed by Demon Rats at all levels, slandered against all around the globe. Similarly, Navalny doesn't have real power in Russia - he's slandered by Russian media, attacked by major politicians and now even imprisoned (I somehow expect similar fate to Trump). So, similarities between Navalny and Trump predicaments are striking imo. Both are figthing against corrupt embedded regimes.
I really don't get how people in the West who generally sympathize with Navalny, don't see any similarities between his situation and Trump's predicament in US. Are people really so duped by media that believe all their lies and really believed Trump to be 'dangerous fascist dictator', or what? Again, if you look closer, and especially if you would read all what Kremlin media write about Navalny, you would see for yourself that another comparison was much more relevant, and that in reality Trump was victim of Democratic establishment and elites in the same way Navalny is the victim of Putin's regime. I only hope more people would see that.
So, in the end, tell me, did I blow your mind of that? Have you ever thought that Navalny predicament in Russia is so much similar to Trump predicament in US, and that all Western major media portray Trump in almost exactly same way (and even same words!) as Russian media portray Navalny?
