Many 'Normies' Largely Underestimate Danger of Wokeism

Woke Nihilism Knows No Limits

Another my three-year old piece - but still relevant.

The main mistake many relatively smart people who don't believe in Woke crap but don't consider the Woke to be a serious danger to our societies either make is to dismiss the Woke as just 'harmless minority', however loud and nefarious. After all, the Woke are just 'very few extreme lunatics', they are not representative of the Western Left overall, they're not influential, and, hence, they are 'not really a great danger'. The Woke might indeed be just a loud and nefarious minority (though not even that at this point!) but that doesn't make them 'harmless and non influential' though.

History knows examples when similar groups of 'loud and nefarious' minorities were capable of doing a very great harm indeed (Bolsheviks in Russia and Nazi in Germany are the most notable examples) and of influencing a public opinion to a really HUGE extent by their smart propaganda techniques. By the way, back in 1910s in Russia or in 1930s in Germany there were also a lot of 'relatively smart' people who dismissed both Nazis and Bolsheviks just as 'loud and nefarious but harmless and non influential minority'. The consequences of this dismissal to the whole world we all know. And now tell me, if Nazis and Commies were able to brainwash people more than completely one century ago, before the television and the Internet and mass media era, do you really think that now, when there are like ten thousands more powerful propaganda tools available, the Woke couldn't do the same?

Just in case, the Woke aren't just 'random lunatics'. Nope, they're well-organized cartel with very precisely drawn plans and goals and strategy, and with a huge financial support from biggest corporations. Also, just in case again, the Woke do not need to be a majority to make their distorted narrative our nightmarish reality. It would be totally enough for them to gain all key positions of power, especially in media and education, and in political and entertainment establishments. Then, they could successfully brainwash billions of people and sway them to their toxic agenda. They would push their distorted narrative in all media channels, they would brainwash our kids with it from the very early age (the Woke kindergartens are already a reality just in case!) in schools and universities, they will show to us 'politically correct' movies, and they would push a certain legislation to make their psychopathic dystopia our reality.

More than that even. They would silence all the opposition, slandering all their critics in all media, censoring and banning them in social media, and simply firing them from the positions of power, to replace them with other Woke zombies. This is how it's done. And then, in less than one generation, all society would be brainwashed completely and ready for a violent Marxist 'cultural revolution'.

Sounds like a chapter from some dystopian novel, or from a distant reality of Russia or China? But nope, this is - ALL that I mentioned - is already happening in modern day real 'free' America. The Woke had worked hard for last decades to infiltrate all the key positions of power in media and entertainment, schools and universities, and, most importantly, Democratic political establishment and biggest corporations.

Now they had succeeded almost completely. Majority of American Democrats, including White House, had embraced the radical Woke ideology. American mainstream media like CNN or New York Times (and I'm silent of less influential but much more radical and crazy Woke sources like Vox or HuffPost) became Woke trumpets already back in 2016. American academy is also infiltrated with this new kind of racist Commies, and Teachers' Unions are infected so much that they openly push for CRT - the main source of Woke poisonous crap - to be forcefully taught in all schools in violation of American Constitution. Hollywood is infected beyond healing as well. Just remember the Black actress playing Anne Boleyn (historically WHITE and very important character in history of Britain, and imagine which uproar of 'racism and whitewashing' there would have been from the Woke if a white actor played Martin Luther King Jr. or Nelson Mandela, but to do the opposite and make a Black actress play historically white character is 'perfectly alright' for the Woke racists! ).

So, all the major areas of American public sphere - education, media, entertainment, political establishment - are already infected with the Woke, and the Woke brainwash people everywhere from there, and push for their radical policies ('Defund the Police') everywhere as well.

Buy there's worse. The Woke also censor all their political opponents. Big Tech political censorship (banning an American President from all social media while allowing Islamists to post open calls to murder gay people there), Twitter mobs attacking people for 'wrong opinions', corporations firing people from their jobs for 'wrong opinions' as well, canceling, verbal abuse and deplatforming as a regular practice and new 'normal' in general....Those are clear signs of political censorship and of incredulous power and influence the Woke, however 'small minority' they are, had gained in Western (and ESPECIALLY in American!) society already.

So nope, the Woke certainly aren't 'scattered and harmless minority'. They are deranged psychopaths alright but they're also very methodical and well-organized. They had infiltrated all areas of our society without us even noticing, and gained all key positions of power without us realizing whom we had voted into. That's already pretty bad, and pretty dangerous.

What's next you may ask? Well, what history tells us happens when radical political groups like Nazi or Bolsheviks gained all positions of power? They start to push for their radical policies, immediately. It doesn't even matter for them at this point whether their propaganda works or not anymore. They have power, and they are capable of silencing and suppressing their opposition by force. For now, the Woke resort mostly to 'virtual force' by deplatforming and canceling people online, or slandering and verbally abusing them in mainstream and social media. But not exclusively though. People might be fired from their jobs which is not a 'virtual' punishment already. Also, BLM and Antifa in US had shown to us that the Woke are pretty capable of physical violence as well in addition to verbal abuse.

So, how soon do you think the New Woke Terror would come to America? I bet it would be much sooner that most of you expect. But keep downplaying the Woke threat yeah, barking at wrong conservative tree instead hence helping the Woke and being a part of the problem.
